The principle of an efficient dual vacuum oil filter is:
Vacuum oil filtration is designed based on the principle of different boiling points of water and oil. It consists of a vacuum separator, heater, fine filter, vacuum pump, oil discharge pump, and electrical control system. The vacuum pump extracts the air inside the vacuum separator to form a vacuum. The external oil passes through the primary filter under atmospheric pressure to remove larger particles, and then is heated. After heating, the oil enters the vacuum tank and undergoes three-dimensional flash evaporation. The water in the oil evaporates rapidly into water vapor under negative pressure and is continuously sucked out by the vacuum pump. The oil is discharged into the fine filter by the oil discharge pump and filtered out of particulate impurities through the filter element, thus completing the entire process of quickly removing impurities, moisture, and gases from the oil in the vacuum oil filter.
The purpose of two-stage vacuum is to increase the vacuum degree, create higher negative pressure inside the vacuum separator, and achieve more efficient separation of water and gas in the oil.
