Guoke diesel oil filters are mainly used in diesel powered vehicles, logistics transportation vehicles, engineering machinery vehicles, diesel engines, diesel power plants, diesel tank areas for thermal power ignition, diesel backup power plants in data centers, diesel powered ships, diesel production and refining enterprises, marine diesel, diesel refueling stations, and field diesel refueling construction projects.

The function of Guoke diesel oil filter is to filter impurities, moisture, and filter aids in diesel, improve the cleanliness of diesel, achieve clarification and polishing, thereby extending the service life of the engine and enhancing its performance. The oil filter uses various technical methods, such as gravity, centrifugation, pressure, vacuum distillation, and mass transfer, to remove mechanical impurities, oxidation by-products, and moisture from diesel, ensuring the quality of diesel.

1、 Working principle of oil filter

The working principle of an oil filter mainly includes the following steps:

① Contaminated oil enters the heater: Under the action of atmospheric pressure vacuum suction, contaminated oil enters the heater.

② Primary filter filtration: Large particle impurities are filtered out.

③ Membrane separation treatment: The oil flows through a specially designed membrane separation device, and the particles and excess harmful components suspended in the oil are intercepted by the hard membrane separation.

④ Agglomeration separation treatment: Separate the moisture in the oil through the selectivity of the agglomeration material.

⑤ Fine filter filtration: removes particulate impurities and completes the purification process.

Types and selection methods of oil filters

There are various types of oil filters that are suitable for different application scenarios. For example:

·Membrane separation oil filter: The membrane separation filter produced by Guoke Oil Research Institute adopts a hard steel membrane core to separate and intercept particles and moisture, suitable for diesel and aviation kerosene with heavy particles and moisture and high filtration efficiency. The interception efficiency of membrane filter element is more than 5 times that of ordinary filter element, and the rigid hard film filter material can be repeatedly cleaned and used to avoid the trouble of replacing the filter element.

·Agglomeration separation oil filter: a filter element made of hydrophobic or hydrophilic materials, suitable for flammable and explosive diesel.
